Terms of Service

General

I need a reference sheet or other form of clear artwork/reference to draw a character. I will not do descriptions.
Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
I reserve the right to decline any commission.

Payment

I require full payment before I send the finished piece. I will alert a commissioner when it is complete, but will not send it until payment is received.
Payment methods i accept are Cashapp (preferred), PayPal, and Venmo.

Process

WIPS are generally not sent unless asked for but may be sent if I have questions or concerns.
Commissions are usually completed within a few days (I try to start the same day but sometimes I'm busy), and I will let commissioners know if it will be delayed for any reason.

Changes

If you want major changes that you did not address before I began the art, it is unlikely you will get them. After I have started, you likely will not get major changes such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change, or anything that would make me have to redraw it completely.
Minor changes after I have sent the first WIP are fine, as long as I am capable of doing them. If not, I will let the commissioner know.
To avoid the need for changes, make sure you are clear in your order about what you want and what you are aiming for.

Copyright and Usage Policy

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing. Not the commissioner.

Therefore, I am allowed to use the artwork to:
Promote myself with in any place or site.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.

You, the commissioner, are allowed to:
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. This includes selling the character alongside the artwork.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to me.

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money off of it in any way that I have not agreed to or addressed elsewhere in my terms.)
Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removal of any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consent.
Note that if you do any of this, you will be blacklisted from commissioning in the future, and likely blocked.

Canceling and Refunding

I have the right to cancel and refund payment for a commission at any time.
A commissioner has no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances once the art has been started.
